Even the most disciplined founders only operate at 60% of their capacity.

The things killing your performance are never what you expect, or, even worse, might be the very things you believe to be your edge.

The patterns costing you the most

Performance identity

How good you feel about yourself is directly linked to how good you perform.
Great for performance, until everything inevitably collapses.

Fear-restricted non-action

The fears driving your performance turned into the very fears prohibiting performance. Example: Fear of not earning enough money turns into fear of losing money eventually.

Anxiety-driven performance

Constant low-grade anxiety. Not strong enough to seek help because it's rationalized away. But strong enough to cost you valuable mental resources.

Self-constructed pressure

You perform well under pressure? That's what the majority of my clients think. Results prove they perform way better with less pressure. They already have enough.

Perfectionism disguised as excellence

The striving for excellence is an easy outlet for perfectionism. Nothing is ever good enough. Plans get revised before real feedback. Every decision leads to endless contemplation.

Two-sided guilt

No matter what you do, you feel guilty. Prioritize work? Feel guilty you didn't do all the other things. Do all the other things? Feel guilty you didn't prioritize work.

These are the 6 most common patterns I've encountered. Every pattern has individual sub-patterns that strongly depend on the person. That's why the best move is to simply book the free execution audit. Cut the guesswork and get direct answers.

The drive that almost destroyed my life

For me, this isn't just client experience. I used to be stuck in the exact same patterns. Performance over everything. Zero vacations in 5 years, because business first. 4.5 hours of sleep. The rest compensated with all stimulants I could get my hands on. And I was performing better than ever. At least that's what I thought. What I missed in my calculation was the inevitable crash that happened and took me out for 1.5 years. Lost the entire business in that time and had to rebuild everything from scratch.

I understand that this is an extreme example. Not every case is going to be this severe. But why let things get out of control in the first place? Why let it turn into a catastrophe before taking action? Most of my clients thought they're doing fine. Until they experience what their true capacity really looks like. This is the insidious way our body and mind adapt. Only once conditions have been improved can we look back and see how bad we've been really doing. I help my clients see this and tap into their actual capacity.

Here's how we actually achieve this

Phase 1: Diagnose

Without a precise analysis you're shooting in the dark. Most founders already fail here. They diagnose the wrong issue and spend a lifetime solving it (won't work). That's why I start with analysis and deliver a written report 48 hours after our second diagnostic session. This report tells you everything you need to know to eliminate what's stopping you from performing at your highest capacity.

Phase 2: Intervention

Armed with the diagnostic report, it's time to get to work. We install the new software and purge the old one. Real-time pattern interruption. A new behavioral baseline gets established. First noticeable changes in mood, performance, and relationships.

Phase 3: Integration

Failure is expected and accounted for. This is where my work is fundamentally different. I let you fail, on purpose. I call this pressure testing. Purposeful exposure to trigger the pattern. This reveals additional information we use against it. Forcing the new baseline to hold, even under stressful conditions (when most founders fall back into the old behavior).

Phase 4: Consolidation

This is the final test. Active support is intentionally reduced to verify the new baseline as stable. Once this has been achieved, you will receive the Client Journey Document summarizing the entire process you've been through.

Don't believe a word I say

Why should you believe me? You barely know me. I wouldn't believe myself either if I were in your shoes. Anyone can come up with this. But not everyone has actual client testimonials to back it up. So don't take it from me. Take it from three founders and entrepreneurs I've actually helped.

Something you should know about me

I lived this.

167 hours out of 168 hours per week scheduled. No kidding. From waking up to going to sleep. Every single minute. Constantly optimizing. Always looking for more time to work. Obsessing over every little detail. Cutting back on sleep to gain more time. Until everything collapsed and I understood that the real leverage is internal, not external.

My clients don't value me for blind empathy.

I'm not the type of guy who just holds space for people. I'm also not the most empathetic. But my clients don't work with me because I can make them feel good in the moment. They work with me because I have the diagnostic precision required to break their patterns. I don't beat around the bush. I don't use filters. This is how I am wired, and this is who I want to work with.

I worked construction before getting into psychology.

Before studying psychology and human behavior, I've worked on site as an industrial engineer. Clocking 60 hour work weeks, working out 4-5x per week, studying psychology, building my business. I lived performance. And still live it every single day. The goal was never to stop performing. It was to maintain the highest level of performance without casualties.

Empty words don't pay

I personally don't believe anyone a single word until proven by action. Everyone's making big claims nowadays, and it's getting ridiculous. The best thing I can do is make starting a no-brainer with two guarantees.

Zero Risk Start

You barely know me. I don't know you. But I know business. The only way to convince you is to reverse the risk. I'm offering a full money-back guarantee for the first 14 days. This gives you enough time to access the program and have your first diagnostic session. If after the first session you think, "Fuck this guy," we terminate the engagement and you'll get your money back. Simple as that.

Measurable Change Guarantee

My clients pay for an outcome, not the promise of an outcome. If the patterns running against your performance haven't been measurably reduced in frequency and intensity, I extend at no charge until they have. This is a guarantee you'll get from no one else. Other people will hit you with the "results may vary" disclaimer. Trust me, I've been around the block.

You didn't read all of this out of boredom

You've just spent way too much time on this page. You didn't read all of this to not take action. Book the call. Don't worry, this is not your average sales call. Sends shivers down my spine just thinking about this. Acting like I care while running down a script to collect the Benjamins. No, thank you. I simply need to know more about you to offer you my help. And I want you to walk away with value from this call either way. So you've got nothing to lose really. Speak soon (woe betide you if not).

Questions before we begin.
